We are an ESG and sustainability, energy, environment and subsidies consultancy based in Prague. We operate throughout the Czech Republic by connecting our sales team with Komerční banka through our KB EU point service offering. Outside of the Czech Republic, we also operate through our offices in Slovakia and Serbia, and are involved in a number of other projects in Western, Central and Eastern European countries as well as other countries around the world. In 2024, we celebrated our 30th anniversary since the company was founded in 1994. Since July 2022, we have been part of the Komerční banka Group, when KB Advisory and ENVIROS, s.r.o. started their cooperation. Their merger took place on the official date of 1 June 2024.
The Enviros team today consists of more than 70 qualified professionals with extensive experience in environmental, energy and subsidy consulting: ten of our colleagues are registered as certified energy specialists in the list of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
Since 2006, ENVIROS, s.r.o. has held certificates certifying that its management system meets the requirements for a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001 and an environmental management system according to EN ISO 14001.
ENVIROS cooperates with a wide range of clients and partners from international and supranational institutions, including the UN, the European Commission, OECD, EBRD, World Bank and UNDP. Within the framework of the European Commission projects, the company’s experts deal with projects in Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, LIFE+, CENTRAL EUROPE, etc.
In addition to industrial clients, important partners of the company are also state administration authorities, e.g. Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Environment, Ministry for Regional Development, State Environmental Fund, State Energy Inspectorate, Czech Development Agency, regional authorities and municipalities.
ENVIROS also plays an important role as an independent advisor for financing energy-saving and renewable energy projects for most banks on the Central European market (Česká spořitelna – Erste Group, ČSOB, Komerční banka – SG Group, UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Tatra banka, VÚB, etc.).
Geographically, in addition to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe, these are consulting projects in the Balkans (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia), the former Soviet Union (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan), Southeast Asia (Philippines, Vietnam) and Africa (Kenya, Tanzania).
ENVIROS is a member of a number of professional associations and associations, such as the Association of Energy Service Providers (APES), the Association of Energy Specialists (AES), the Czech Green Building Council (CZGBC), the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI), the Platform of Entrepreneurs for Foreign Development Cooperation (PPZRS) and the Association for Energy Accumulation (AKU-BAT CZ).
