We are pleased to announce that ENVIROS, s.r.o. has again succeeded in public tenders for the provision of expert grant consultancy and facilitation of EPC projects for clients of the National Development Bank.
We have concluded two framework agreements with the National Development Bank before the end of 2024, which will allow us to apply our long experience in providing consulting services from our broad portfolio. Over the next three years, clients from both the public and private sectors will be able to benefit from energy saving advice on planned investments and assistance in the preparation of complex EPC projects, including the use of investment grant funds. Our work will be co-funded by the European Union’s InvestEU Advisory Hub, a European Investment Bank ELENA (European Local ENergy Assistance) financial instrument.
As part of the preparation of energy saving consultancy, we will provide initial technical advice to National Development Bank clients for their projects in the field of building renovation, including listed buildings, or replacement of production technology, i.e. we will assess the client’s project and identify the potential for savings and propose measures to reduce energy consumption. In the second phase, we prepare an energy assessment and other mandatory documentation for the application for support from subsidy programmes.
As part of the preparation of EPC projects, or projects where the investments made are repaid from the guaranteed energy savings generated, we will prepare a suitability analysis (assessment of whether the project is suitable for the EPC method), subsidy consulting (subsidy application annexes and related subsidy administration), tender documentation for the negotiated procedure with publication in accordance with the Public Procurement Act for the selection of the construction contractor – ESCO), and we will assist the client in the actual tender procedure up to the signing of the contract with the selected implementation company (ESCO).
We look forward to this cooperation and believe that we will be able to effectively exploit the potential for energy savings for our clients and bring these projects to the implementation phase.
