Personal data protection
This page sets out the principles for the protection of personal data pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the conditions under which personal data is processed at ENVIROS, s.r.o., ID No.: 61503240, with registered office at Dykova 53/10, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. Subsidiaries shall adopt this policy as their external documentation or incorporate the content of this page into their own personal data processing policies with respect to their specific conditions.
Basic concepts
Personal Data. Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
Sensitive personal data. Special categories of personal data.
Data subject. Identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing. Any operation or set of operations upon personal data or sets of personal data which is carried out with or without the aid of automated processes.
Controller. The natural or legal person, public authority or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Processor. A natural or legal person, public authority or other body which processes personal data for the controller.
Consent. Any free, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of will by which the data subject gives his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data by means of a declaration or other manifest acknowledgement.
What information do we collect about you?
At our Company, we collect the personal information you provide when:
- ordering our services;
- entering into contracts;
- the selection process for a position in the Company;
- registering for conferences, seminars or other events organised by the Company.
Specifically, this includes the following data:
- Name and contact details – name, address, email address and telephone number;
- identification, contact and payment data of the company – business name, registered office address, registration number, tax identification number, bank details, contact details of persons for contractual and technical matters or for providing references (name, e-mail, telephone number);
- data for the job selection procedure – information about the highest education level, previous work experience and other information you provide in your CV;
- information about your area of activity – information about your participation in our events.
How do we use this information about you?
We only use your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided it to us and for which there is a legal authority. Legal titles for processing under the GDPR:
- Consent to the processing of personal data;
- performance of a contract;
- performance of a legal obligation;
- vital interest;
- a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority;
- legitimate interest.
Specifically, we use personal data for:
- processing your order;
- the performance of a contract as one of the contracting parties;
- inviting you to a selection procedure (job interview) and communicating the result;
- organizing and otherwise arranging events for which you have registered.
We do not provide personal data to any third parties or to third countries.
Access to and control over your personal data
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- The right to information about processing (Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR);
- the right of access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR);
- the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR);
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);
- the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
- the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR);
- the right to object (Article 21 GDPR); and
- the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR).
If you would like to know what data we hold about you, please send us a request. We also have an interest in ensuring that your personal data is correct and accurate. If you find that data about you is incorrect or inaccurate, you can request that it be corrected or removed altogether.
The Company designates the following points of contact for each group of Data Subjects:
For external Data Subjects:
- in person at the Company’s registered office,
- by sending a letter to the Company’s registered office with a certified signature.
For internal data subjects (employees):
- in person at the personnel department (accounting office).
If the processing of a request for the exercise of rights is linked to the transfer of personal data, the transfer is carried out in the following ways:
- in person at the Company’s registered office for external data subjects,
- in person at the personnel department for employees.
Third party services
The Company’s website www.enviros.cz (the “Website”) uses Google Analytics and Google AdWords from Google Inc. You can read Google’s privacy policy here . Sending commercial communications
The sending of commercial communications is subject to different legislation than the GDPR. This is Act No. 480/2004 on certain information society services, which is based on a European Directive, which is abbreviated as the ePrivacy Directive. We only send commercial communications to your contact details that we have obtained directly from you in the course of our activities and cooperation. We only use it for the development of our cooperation, we do not pass it on to third parties. We would like to stay in contact with you and the law does not require your consent in these cases. Although we would be reluctant to do so, you can refuse the sending of commercial communications by sending an email to office@enviros.cz with the subject line “I do not agree to receive commercial communications”.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We revise and update our privacy policy based on applicable legislation as well as practical experience. We will publish the changes on this page.
